Claims & returns
What applies if something is wrong - and why returns must always be coordinated with us first.
In Switzerland, there is generally no general right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. VANTIQ therefore does not offer a voluntary general return period.
Your rights with one Incorrect delivery or an actual defect remain of course. A return as a gesture of goodwill is only possible after our prior express confirmation.

New goods and production age
We deliver unused, properly stored and technically perfect new goods. Tyres can have a production age of up to when delivered 36 months have.
A production age within this limit is not in itself a reason for a complaint. This does not apply if there is an actual defect or if we have expressly guaranteed you a more recent production date.
Read the age from the DOT number
The last four digits of the DOT number are the date of manufacture. At DOT U2LL LMLR 2625 it stands 26 for the calendar week and the 25 for the year 2025 — this tyre was built at the end of June 2025.
Four-digit information has been around since 2000. If there is only a three-digit number, the tyre is older than 25 years and no longer belongs on the vehicle.
It's better to ask beforehand than to send back. Enter the type approval number from your vehicle registration document in the search - then we will only show sizes that are approved for your vehicle.
