Delivery area

VANTIQ delivers exclusively to valid delivery addresses throughout Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are excluded.

Shipping costs for tyres

For rims, complete wheels, accessories and other products, the shipping costs shown in the cart and at checkout apply. All amounts are in CHF and include statutory value added tax where due.

Delivery time

The delivery time or delivery date shown with the product or at checkout applies to the relevant order. Delivery time depends in particular on the storage location, time of order, payment, delivery address and transport service.

If an order contains items from different warehouses, the items may arrive separately. We do not charge additional shipping costs for such partial deliveries. Depending on the order, delivery is made by VANTIQ itself or by a shipping service provider; tracking is therefore not available for every delivery.

Weekends and statutory public holidays are generally not shipping or delivery days unless otherwise stated with the product or by the transport service.

Acceptance and inspection

Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and that the shipment can be accepted. On receipt, check the delivery for visible damage, correct items and quantity. Visible transport damage should be noted with the carrier and reported, preferably immediately and with photographs, to info@vantiq.ch.

If a wrong delivery or damage is suspected, tyres and rims must not be fitted until the matter has been clarified with us.

Payment methods

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Depending on activation, these may include in particular:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro or UnionPay;
• TWINT;
• Shop Pay;
• Apple Pay or Google Pay;
• Klarna;
• PostFinance;
• other payment methods expressly displayed at checkout.

Depending on the method, payment is processed through Shopify Payments or the selected payment service provider. Individual payment methods are shown only if the provider’s requirements regarding location, currency, device and other conditions are met.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally initiated through the payment method used for the order. Once initiated by us, it may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Fitting

If checkout offers delivery for fitting in 8304 Wallisellen, shipping is free. The appointment, scope of service, fitting price and time of payment are determined by the selection made during the ordering process or the appointment confirmation.
