It is suitable for moderate mileage and predominantly cleared roads, provided that the specific version bears the required winter marking. For regular journeys over snowy Alpine passes or permanently very high summer temperatures, seasonal tires offer greater reserves. An all-season tire remains a conscious compromise: In extreme summer heat or permanently demanding winter conditions, specialist tires offer greater reserves. Tire pressure, tread depth, load, and driving style significantly influence real behavior and should be checked regularly. Even a high-quality tire cannot overcome physical limits in standing water, highly changing surfaces, or abrupt driving maneuvers.
